Carne Asada fries were absolutely delicious. The meat was perfectly cooked, no hard or chewy bits. the toppings were just the right amount, and the fries were fried to perfection. 10/10 best fries I've ever had!

Birria tacos were better the first time around but they were still really flavorful and delicious. Could have been a bit stiffer but that may be just how it settled in the aluminum pan.
