Lobster Boat in Litchfield will always have the best baked and fried haddock around. the price and portion is perfect! I'd put their fried and baked haddock against anything on the seacoast and I bet you they'd win!

Order and paid extra for a jumbo Lobster Roll and received 8 pieces of claw meat, NO tail in non buttered roll. Not what they advertise and certainly not worth what they charged. Also ordered Marinated Steak Tips, received 5 tips but one not edible because it was grizzle and bake patato was under cooked. Again, not worth what they charged.

Both my husband and I had the Fish & Chips, we ordered the small portion, as always it was so nice and moist. You can tell it is really fresh! Love the light batter they use. Their small is very large. Been going there for years and have never had a bad meal. Also when you go there, try their Onion Rings , they are the best!!

Scallops wrapped in bacon were perfect: big, juicy and sweet. Good sized portion of seafood in baked medley, tender, not overdone. Clam chowder was average, nothing to mention. Deserving praise are the paper food containers and effort of keeping the food warm by wrapping some foil around the lids. 4 out of 5

Terrible. Awful. Ordered a PINT OF LOBSTER CORN CHOWDER. Had 2 small pieces of lobster hardly any corn or potatoes. I was given a pint of cream broth for $15.
