We get Lubys regularly. In person the taste and the proportions are great and they never forget the gravy. However through DoorDash taste is meh, proportions are very little and they tend to always forget the gravy. The Chicken Fried Chicken Combo is more fat and breading than actual chicken. I don't understand. Why isn't it consistent?

Food is consistently great but the restaurant has a terrible way of never telling you when they are going to substitute or don't have something. So I've c ended up with some horrible substitutions. Other places at least have the dasher call.
