I have been wanting to try Mangos for some time now and it was a 10 out of 10!!! I had the jerk chicken meal with rice/peas, macaroni and cheese and plantains...every single item was so well seasoned and delicious. Now I see why they are a Temple Terrace favorite!

TheOxtail meat was falling off the bone perfectly cooked!! Only thing is they are pretty fatty. All the sides were great as well. Customer service 👌10/10

The Honey Fried Chicken literally can taste the honey, the Caribbean Braised Oxtails are so tender and fall off the bone, the Jerk BBQ Chicken is the same, fall off the bone. The flavors are so authentic and true to the culture. The collards are my favorite but the mac n cheese is a close second. The cornbread is not dry at all. I am so lucky to have this amazing restaurant in my neighborhood and the people who work there are always so kind. Great atmosphere.

I had the pleasure of trying several dishes during my visit, and I can confidently say that everything was a perfect 10/10. Each plate was a delightful explosion of flavor, showcasing the restaurant’s commitment to quality and creativity. The menu offers a diverse selection, but you can’t go wrong with their honey fried chicken and the catfish which was made to order was literally perfect!
But it’s not just the food that makes Mango’s Cafe stand out. The customer service was exemplary. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and attentive.
If you’re a newcomer, don’t be deterred by the line outside(and inside)—trust me, the food is absolutely worth the wait! The buzz of excited patrons only adds to the vibrant atmosphere, and once you take your first bite, you’ll understand why so many people are eager to get in.
