The grilled catfish was superb, 5 star. The black-eyed peas were of the chain. The sweet potato was steaming hot so the cinnamon butter just right in to add to the flavor. The Sweet Tea was awesome. Just right amount of sugar. The Cheesecake was phenomenal. I wish I had ask for chocolate syrup. I'm from NC and that was some real soul food. ❤️

The good, Fresh Gulf Shrimp looks fine, they do not package it from getting soggy, but all condiments did come w it. The bad, Steak Bites came w literally 6 pcs and were overcooked to the point of almost inedible. Ordered medium rare. The baked potato was huge and had all of the condiments. Side salad was a mess. Mixed greens, that looked like they literally stuffed into a container that flew everywhere when you opened it, w one tomato wedge and onion, which we payed extra for, that made you cry b4 opening the container. They did send the extra Ranch. 1st time ordering here, not certain I would again, but would probably try in restaurant. Also ordered Pecan Pie and although very small and not homemade, for today's price, was OK. Wouldn't order that again.

Everything was delicious and full of flavor. It was a family favorite and we will be back!! There was enough food that I got full and had leftovers for the next day. Definitely try this place out, you won't be disappointed.

First time ordering from this establishment and let me tell you everything was GREAT! Well seasoned very nice portions. Steak Bites Tender & Juicy. Next time I'll add more onions and mushrooms. The vegetables were perfectly cooked and seasoned. Fish fried perfectly.

Martin's has not let me down so far. Fish was crispyon the outside and tender on the inside. The vegetables tasted homemade with the proper seasoning. I do hate they ran out of bread pudding because theirs is by far the best ive had.
