Honestly, this was probably the best door dash we have had in Franklin. They packed ketchup, napkins and straws, which rarely get delivered in any door dash order. Great job!

The managers in that store are rude and unprofessional. They need a customer service course and they only give you partial of what you ordered and argue with you saying that everything was packed.. A change is needed
