Strawberry Banana Smoothie was still relatively thick when I received it (which I enjoyed). My sandwich was made as asked. Fries had extra salt as requested and everything was still warm upon delivery. Only complaint is, they ALWAYS give me bbq sauce - despite the fact I NEVER request bbq sauce.
