The bagel did not seem fresh and bottom bagel was very tough. The oatmeal did not come with the apples or raisins that it's suppose to come with. I just had surgery and was trying to order food so I don't have to cook but this order was a disappointment. The Premium Hot Chocolate was very good but lid was not on well so it had made a big mess in the bag however most was still in the cup so that was good.

the cheeseburgers were cold and the buns were hard as rocks. the french fries were cold and nasty. the only decent thing in the order was the chicken nuggets and they weren't great
