First time ordering to go from here but I've eaten here many times. Food arrived hot and packaged well. Karaage was crispy and tender. Shishito Pepper were cooked well and very flavorful. Tan-Tan was delicious, the broth was still steaming, noodles had a pleasant chew and the extra herbs and fixings added a lovely freshness. Vegan Miso had incredible pieces of fried tofu that tasted very good and had a nice springy texture. If you're in the mood for good ramen and apps, this is well worth the price.

They stopped packaging the Ramen in bowls for to-go. Still tastes good but they now package everything separately in boxes when you order take-out

Your Duck Fat French Fries are so swag with that truffle ketchup! The texture of that ketchup is just so voluptuous and tasty I can't stop licking my fingers

This is the first time I’ve ever left a negative review, but I was really disappointed. The noodles were stuffed into a tiny takeout box, completely squashed and drenched in oil that leaked through the bottom. The sauce couldn’t be mixed in at all — any attempt just made everything spill out. Thankfully I ordered this at home, because there’s no way I could’ve eaten this properly at work. The taste and texture were mediocre at best, and the entire experience was incredibly frustrating. I’ve never had such an inconvenient and poorly packaged takeout meal before. Really disappointing.

The Duck Fat French Fries were NOTHING like the photo. It was skinny fries and just taste like McD fries. The pork broth for the Tonkotsu and All Star ramens was incredibly fatty (big layer of fat on top). The Tokyo Chicken broth was excellent
