The eggplant is perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The congee hits the spot when you're sick. Moon Kee is probably oneof the few legit Cantonese restaurants on the Upper West. Their bbq'd meats and roast duck is so good - perfect for anyone who wants a taste of HongKong

The congee is full of topping! The meat taste so fresh and tender with the century egg! The serving of the congee is enough for 1-2 people! The egg drop soup is not too thick and the corn brings a sweet touch of flavor to the soup! Overall so delicious and heartwarming!

One of the few true Cantonese options on this end of the Upper West Side. I've been having various versions of their congees (such as C5.Shredded Pork & Preserved Egg Conge) to help me get over a rough patch, and its smooth, creamy consistency and nourishing and flavorful base make Moon Kee's congee my go-to comfort food whenever I'm unable to cook.

My favorite is the D42. 暹羅榴槤酥 / Baked Durian Pastry and D15. 豉味鳳爪 / Steamed Chicken Feet in Cha Siu Sauce! The durian pastry comes in with a melty sweet filling exactly what you would want as a dessert. Don't be scared of the chicken feet because it so soft, tender, and delicious! Other dishes taste exactly as what you would expect them to taste like! Remember to eat the meal with a lots of water or congee (all of this can be overwhelming for one person). Only cons is didn't come with the utensils that I request for :(.

pork soup dumplings were delicious although the portion size is a little small (4 dumplings). congee was good but not exactly what i ordered, i bought plain rice congee and for some reason got a savory congee with bits of seafood?
