The sausage and bacon eye opener and black drip coffee was extravagant. The cake pops were delicious and big! Thank you for making my morning fabulous.

This was my first time ordering from Solar Roast and I got their Pueblo Mocha and a Chicken and Pesto Croissant sandwich. I am blown away by how flavorful the sandwich was and how well the coffee was made. Just enough spice to everything which would likely be too much for those who don't handle spice well but for those who like it hot, this is a nice medium heat. This is without a doubt my favorite place in Pueblo now.

This right here is why I love Solar Roast: I ordered a chai latte with hibiscus - figured I'd see how the flavor played. When it arrived, I had the chai latte, but the hibiscus syrup was on the side in a tiny cup with a warning that it might curdle the milk. That kind of care and attention to detail is so very rare, and is excellent customer service. Also, I made sure to stir vigorously while adding the hibiscus - seemed to keep any curdling to a minimum.

we had the eye opener with bacon, tomato and the Pueblo garden Chile cream cheese for breakfast and had the Ham & Cheese Croissant for lunch. they were so tasty!!!! the Cafe Latte and the unsweetened teas were also very fresh and good

First time ordering, and it was delicious! We got the Ham & Cheese Croissant and Bacon Breakfast Burrito and New Yorker Bagel - all very good! Wish the bagel had been lightly toasted, but it wasn't soggy and didn't detract from the delicious flavor! Highly recommend 👌
