• DoorDash orderTheir garlic naan is my favorite in the area (moist unlike the drier naan from other restaurants). The chana masala is thick and gravy like; super delicious! Aloo Gobi is also good~ chicken biriyani is amazing. Only sad thing is the aloo palak has cream in it so my vegan gf cannot eat it

• DoorDash orderThis is, in my opinion the best north indian restaurant in the city!
The vegetable dishes in particular seem to be a level above other restaurants in the area:
* everything is well spiced, and I think the cinnamon they use in particular stands out and makes a noticeable difference in a number of dishes
* The baigan bharta has chunks of fresh and flavorful roasted eggplant which give a nice balance to the sweet and tangy tomato--it's not just the bitter paste you might get at other restaurants
* The bhindi is also fresh and has a noticeable acidity--they may add a splash of vinegar or citrus--but it's unique and works well. The texture of the okra is neither too slimy or too fibrous
* The paneer is also excellent, absorbing the complex flavors of each different curry while being neither too soft and watery nor hard and dry
* "Medium" spice is a bit mild, so I recommend ordering spicy!

• DoorDash orderFavorite Indian in SF right now. Butter chicken and chicken momos are exceptional with so much flavor. Coconut curry good too.
