• DoorDash orderThe Family Meal was delicious I had more leftovers for the next day to take for lunch, generous portions for sure thank you Ono!!!

• DoorDash orderdid not let me order a kids meal without explanation so i was forced to order a large one for triple the price. never have any broccoli in the veggies, only some nasty cabbage. i found one piece of broccoli in this entire plate that cost me $20. they also dont have the option to swap out rice with macaroni salad like they do in person.

• DoorDash orderI ordered the Chicken Combo and there was basically nothing in there but a few pieces of chicken. When I do a pick up at the restaurant there's a lot more. Just disappointing because after almost paying $23 for a few pieces of chicken on door dash you would hope there would be more. I also was not able to customize the order

• DoorDash orderNormally, I would rate them a 4, but the beef was a bit dry, tough, and chewy. I had more beef than chicken.

• DoorDash orderI've been ordering Chicken Katsu from Ono but this one was bad, the chicken was so dry, and the breading was too thick, I couldn't eat it properly.
