• DoorDash orderTHE ORDER WAS HORRIBLE AND THE FOOD QUALITY IS NOT LIKE BEFORE. I GOT ONLY 3 CHICKEN WINGS NOT 4. THE CHICKEN WINGS WERE OVER FRIED AND HARD! I ONLY GOT 3 BIG FANTAIL SHRIMP NOT SIX AS DESCRIBED IN MY ORDER. THE SHRIMP WERE MOSTLY OVERFRIED CLUMP OF BATTER AND A VERY VERY SMA PIECE OF SHRIM INSIDE! I ORDER ALOT FROM THEM SO THIS DOWNGRADE OF FOOD QUALITY IS VERY DISAPPOINTING! SEE PHOTOS.

• DoorDash reviewI hate to give them a bad review because Oriental Palace is usually dependable and it's owned and operated by a nice family. Tonight Able left the food outside my door without knocking. The food sat out there as I waited patiently inside. The sweet and sour pork was inedible -- - I couldn't eat it beyond two pieces. It tasted like it was cooked in old oil and almost every piece was burnt. In truth, whenever I order through DoorDash or GrubHub, literally, it's never a good experience. If I call up and ask for delivery, I usually get five star service. That's going to be the route I have to take. I'm going to blame DoorDash because I don't want to blame oriental palace, but I'm still giving them three stars for this two star meal.
