The queso was disgusting and basically solidified no matter how many times I warmed it back up. I added queso to the burrito bowl which made that thick and gross as well and the amount of food I got was not even close to what I paid for the burrito bowl or chips and queso.

The burrito bowl (the bowl itself much smaller than chipotles) was half full. For that portion, I would never have paid $11 plus tax. It was also disgusting. The shredded cheese or sour cream tasted rancid, leaning towards cheese. the chicken has no flavor. 2-3 bites confirmed something had spoiled and ending up throwing the entire thing away.

Ordered double chicken & steak with lettuce. No steak, barely regular chicken, and so little lettuce that I legitimately had more sour cream than lettuce... Sure got charged full price for everything though

Good continues to decline in quality. You're lucky if your order is even right as well. This Pancheros is by far the worst of any one gone too. Meat is over cooked. Queso is 70%  tomatoes, and thats if you even get it in a normal serving. Been bad for years now and no sign of changing.

The Door dash experience for this location has gone to trash, undrained black beans, the smallest amount of queso if you ask for it, and it seems the queso recipe they used has changed. My past 3 orders from this location have been very disappointing.
I just want food to taste how it should and be prepared how it should. D:
