• DoorDash ordersandwich had a bunch of lettuce hearts in it, which made it taste kind of gritty and dirty even after I took them out. they also put pepperoncini stems in the sandwich for some reason :/ the soup was ok, kinda bland and an incredibly small portion considering how much bread you're given to go with the rest of the food.

• DoorDash orderCompletely didn't even give me my Ceasar salad in the pick two, so now my grown son only got half a sandwich. Also, the yogurt that I paid too much for was literally soured and separating. Disgusting. The fruit cup was also old and mushy. Used to love Panera, probably won't be ordering again.

• DoorDash orderThe Bistro French Onion Soup was missing the croutons & cheese. In fact it was the exact same thing as the au jus for the French Ciabatta Dipper . Food tasted great but bummed about the prep & paying $10 for an extra bowl au jus.

• DoorDash orderChicken Bacon Rancher was by far the most pitiful sandwich I've had in a long time. I never complain. I tried though this time. They told me my complaint was logged, but it didn't meet the "criteria" for a refund. I took a picture on the Complaint Form direct. I guess it doesn't save to your phone? The problem there was nothing on it. No way it was built to spec. At least the bread was toasted right! Rough...
