Food was delicious especially the Loaded Cheesesteak Fries. Even the Chicken Cheesesteak was tasty, unfortunately there were onions, peppers and mushrooms added.

I ordered the 12" cheesesteak. It's barely 6". No extra cheese. Very pitiful sandwich. I'm super aggravated that I had to pay for this. Terrible 21.00. The gas station had a sandwich for 3.00 that kills this one.

Ordered a regular beef Philly cheesesteak, but it was chicken. Fries were half of a regular order. Paid for a side of ranch that was missing, the lemonade was very tart.

This store is actually a virtual kitchen hosted by Ruby Tuesday. It is disappointing that this isn't disclosed.
My order was not packaged completely. I paid 99¢ each for extra cheese sauce and spicy mayo. I did not receive them with my order for Cheesesteak and Fries. I'm further disappointed by this fact.

Extremely skimpy on the portion of meat. The actual product is nothing even close to the pictures advertised here. already overpriced but I would have been okay with that if I at least got a good sandwich out of the deal.
