Pauli Gee's always hits the spot! The cheese square with the aged cheddar around the crust and the sweet hot honey and savory red sauce is perfection

$20 for a 12 inch pie that has good quality ingredients but suffers from a poorly cooked crust, while cooked, parts of the crust are burnt not charred and floppy on the undercarriage that holds the ingredients. Up the temperature on your oven, lower the cook time in lieu of so and stretch the dough on semolina to dry out the bottom giving it a strong crust to avoid flop. A bit overpriced for the quality.
