Never disappointed when i eat here! Grilled Classic Italian is so good!!!! The Chocolate Chunk Cookie is the perfect dessert after!!

Fresh-Cut Fries were cold, Cheesesteak was beyond messy and the cheese tasted like government cheese in a can. They were also out of tea so can't rate that. Order took over an hour to get to me so it was all mushy and cold

Ordered sandwich and Fries. The fries were absolutely cold, hard, old and disgusting, The container was about half full and they were definitely not fresh. I only live about 2 miles from Penn Station and it was only about 20 minutes max from the time I placed the order to the time my food was delivered and at my home. It's clear the restaurant just served old, not freshly cooked fries in a half filled container. I hadn't ordered from Penn Station in over a year due to bad food and this is exactly why. Never again. I can't even believe they have workers there that would send this out their door to serve to someone.
