This is the second time I have paid the extra $2.40ish for extra cheese on my custom Create Your Own Pizza , and this is the second time that was completely disregarded. It wouldn't be such a problem if both orders had an acceptable amount of cheese to begin with, but both pizzas had a pathetic amount of cheese for a regular pizza let alone my pizza that was supposed to have "extra". Pizza Hut used to have cheese lovers, I just wanted that again but I guess skimping on cheese whether I shell out or not is their only plan.

First Pizza Hut online ordering froze 2 times...gave up and ordered on Doordash. The BBQ pizza I ordered is doughy, undercooked, and lacks BBQ sauce. The cheese pizza part of the order is also doughy - undercooked. Very disappointing. Will be a while before I order from Pizza Hut again.

Its been a while since I've had pizza hut. I normally wouldnt spend so much to order through door dash but I just had surgery. Anyways--the breadsticks had little to no cheese and the dough tasted old. Not to mention the sauce cups that came with the orders were barely enough to use on two breadsticks. Pizza was bland and also had hardly any sauce. The brownie wasnt nearly sweet enough. This will be the last time I eat at pizza hut!
