The Nutella Acai Bowl was cold and refreshing. Very flavorful with fresh ingredients and it was packaged well. I really enjoyed it.

Bowls were packaged upside down in the bag. Specifications (remove banana, add peanut butter, etc) were followed by the bowl were not all the way full. There was no Nutella on the Nutelloco Coconut Bowl.

Idk what's up with these strawberries or why they would give us them like this, taste is off super tart :( also the 8th Ave Acai Bowl comes w bananas and they changed it to strawberries and blueberries for some reason. Weird bc usually they r perf. Not a big deal overall personally but still just weird and low key disappointing

The bowls took 30+ minutes to prepare at a not so busy time, the dasher had to wait. They put 5 strawberries on my strawberry Nutella Acai Bowl and barely filled the bowl. They also only included 1 spoon for two bowls so make sure you pack an extra spoon in your purse if on the go when ordering from here.

This store always gets my order wrong when I do it online I paid 3$ extra to add Nutella and they didn't put it on. Bananas also came so mushy and overripe. Ridiculous. 20$ for a bowl.
