They always have fresh ingredients. Fish is super tasty. Love mixing variations of spicy tuna, scallop, salmon, and seared tuna in my bowl (either on a bed of salad or white rice). Seaweed salad can be hit or miss (sometimes it's a little brown and chewy). Love their garlic chips - adds a perfect crunch to the freshness. And it's not too expensive, unlike many other poke bowl restaurants. Highly recommend!
