Biscuit was burnt hard. The tenders were fried extra hard with a lot of batter with very little chicken inside. No flavor at all

I loved the chicken sandwich it was freshly prepared. I really dislike that they charge you for sauces they seem to always forget.. leaving me with a dry sandwich :(
