Cheeseburger had nothing in it but the meat and cheese and Cheese Fries did not have cheese delivered. Huge disappointment

It never fails when you order from here that they will forget something. They never remember the cheese sauce for the fries. They also gave me sweet peppers instead of hot, and forgot my cup of au jus.

People told me that portillos fell off...and they were right. Whats happened to the flavor in your Italian Beef sandwich??...it was surprisingly bland...

Burguer came with 1 slice of cheese only. Photo shows 2. Delivery guy didnt come to the floor mentioned in details of adress and in chat.
Very disappointing. Not the same as eatig in store

THIS PORTFOLIO'S IS SO GOOD AND FRESH IT MAKES YOU WANNA SLAP YO MAMA! OMG! DO THEY GO ABOVE AND BEYOND WITH EVERYTHING! WELL PORTIONED AND SUPER HOT ! PEOPLE THIS IS THE BEST WHEN IT COMES TO RIBS THAT FALL OFF THE BONE, SUPER FRESH SALADS, TASTY HOT FRIES AND A SODA THAT JUST RIGHT! DON'T PASS THIS PLACE UP THEY'VE EARNED EVERY DOLLAR!
