This pretzel maker doesnt cook the pretzels enough. Very doughy. The location at polo park is much better.

I got the promo Buy 1 get 1 pretzel promo. Happy to have had the discount but the pretzel was hard, cold and bland. Its as if it was made a day or a few days before..

Pretzel bites were missing. Salt ordered a huge box of them when they first came. I tried them immediately and because of pretzel Maker, I have to know what garlic and caramel tastes like together because of their mistakes waste of time and money.
