We ordered Vegetable Ramen, Crab Rangoons (6pc), Chicken Ramen, Pork and rice no veggies and Pork Ramen and eve is amazing. This was our second time ordering and they give so much food we have left for the next day. Every is so flavorful and they are so nice on the phone when I had questions. The Crab Rangoons (6pc)were fried perfectly and not too sweet. This Ramen 101 was the third time iwent to the establishment and this one in Concord by far is the best!!

The Chicken Ramen was so good and had so much flavor. Broth was in a separate container and was really easy to put together. The Lumpia (6 Pc)would probably be better fresh at the restaurant but I put them in my air fryer for a couple minutes and they were great.

Gyoza was a perfect starter. Chicken
Ramen absolutely delicious. We ordered medium spicy. Broth flavorful and veggies and egg cooked perfectly. Generous portions of yummy seasoned and grilled chicken. Loved all of the flavors and combination of veggies. Added bamboo shoots for extra crunch. Would absolutely recommend! This was our first time but we will be back.

the unagi rice was pretty plain, the crab rangoons and lumpia were very soggy even after a very short time also very small for $8 a pop.

I'm adding this place to my favorites. All of the ingredients are fantastic but I especially loved the broth, noodles, mushrooms and roasted pork. I got the spicy broth and it was PERFECT. Not too spicy but just enough with all of the savory stuff and the noodles really hold the broth well. The perfect bowl!
