There's some about the sourdough crust and the freshness of the sauce. It all pairs perfectly and melts in your mouth. The crust is so light and flaky, not too chewy or crunchy. I usually don't even eat the crust, but I ended up eating all of it. Best pizza I've had in Denver. By far!

The Pumpkin Pie tasted good but showed up cold and kind of soggy. We had to reheat it in a pan. The same for the Garlic Knots.
The Caesar Salad was small and the dressing was pretty flavorless. The croutons were really hard and didn't tasted like much. Definitely wouldn't order again. $13 for that was a stretch.

Great pizza - joke ranch serving. The pizza does live up to the hype. Dough great, sauce flavorful, pepperonis had the perfect crisp. Light on the basil but fine. The ranch was $2 for the smallest to go ramikin that was half full. It's good ranch and mixes nicely with the sourdough crust but come on. It was barely enough for the crust from two slices. Order the pizza, use your own ranch.

Always hits! My wife loved the Castlvetrano Olives app and we always tend to go for the Standard pie and really only because the ingredients are proper so sometimes simple is more. Usual portions obviously for pizzas but the Castelvetrano Olives were more than I expected which was nice. This is our go to for pizza these days and I am picky with pizza! You will not be disappointed trust me! I get mine well done and you see in the photos they do not burn it but it's perfect!

The Pumpkin Pie was delicious and the Garlic Knots were a lovely texture akin to a fried savory donut vs your standard rolls. Never want a regular roll again! The customer service was also kind and accommodating.
