• DoorDash reviewI was once a big fan of serious pizza but over the last 12 months something seems off. Crust seems different; base of toppings is not pleasing or just lacking flavor. Hate to ding the place but there are too many good places for good pizza in FTW.

• DoorDash orderReceived a Salad that I didn't order and Didn't receive a $2.00 4oz Ranch I ordered with my pizza. Called the store and spoke with Connor the manager to let him know that another one of his customers might be missing a Salad with their order. Also informed him that I was missing my $2 Ranch. He proceeded to tell me that he personally packaged my order and that the Ranch was there and that they didn't give me a Salad with my order. I offered to send him a photo of the food I had received which included the extra salad and no 4oz Ranch. He refused to accept the photo, told me I was lieing about everything and that he wasn't going to deal with me and to call Door Dash.. I have always loved this place, but after being treated the way I was over trying to be helpful, I won't be coming back!
