• DoorDash orderFries are old and cold. The oil on the fries has congealed. Received the only two ketchup packets for a box of fries.
Chicken sandwich is way too small.  That caught me by surprise! 
Might be a one off, but this was a bad order.

• DoorDash orderThe black truffle shake shack was extremely soggy and badly put together (and an entire unsmushed half of an avocado was used). The drink wasn't covered well, and there was no bottom to the drink-holder so it spilled everywhere. Overall, im extremely dissatisfied.

• DoorDash orderChicken bites picture (missing one) . All were little bites, michsmaller than expected from picture on menu. 2 of the 6 bites were even smaller. Not bad tasting but have expectations for kids meal size

I go quite a bit but last night was the worst. Inedible.
