The food is all very good but they say the sides are a pint and they are barely half of a pint. The full slab with 4 sides is plenty of ribs but not enough side. If they were truly pints it would be enough.

Food was wonderful. Brisket was tender, ribs has tons of meat on them and were also real tender. Pulled pork was okay but honestly I was already full of brisket and ribs so idk if I can give an accurate appraisal. Either way, it was good.

Rib Tips were very dry. corn muffin, excellent. sadly, someone put wrong lid on coleslaw, once I got open it went all over.
