Whoa. This was my first order and a delivery at that. Everything exceeded my expectations. The rice was fluffy, the beans had so much flavor, and the chicken was dark and crispy. I don't know if the char was a fluke but I was ecstatic. I (kinda) like plantain but I really enjoyed the way they cut them, and how they served them in foil. It was like a flavor explosion. I absolutely loved it. I'm so happy I found my new go to spot. I can't wait to explore the menu further.

My chicken was very dry with no flavor. My coleslaw was HOT because they put it in the container with the hot food and my plantains were dry. I wasted $30 bucks on food I couldn't even eat!

Not enough beans in the beans and rice. The side salad only had one slice of cucumber and tomato on it nothing else. very disappointed

I love sylvestres!! I really do. I usually go to the one in temple hills or suitland. So this is my first time trying this one in particular. BIG difference. The sour cream was very watery/soupy!!!The rice was mushy (overcooked)!!! And the mild and hot sauces were watery/soupy as well. The steak, onions/peppers, and tortilla, however were fine.
