I ordered their Rib Eye steak, cooked medium, and I must say, they truly won me over! Having dined at some of California's finest steakhouses, I can honestly say Slo Roast surpassed them all. The steak's flavor and texture were nothing short of exceptional—each bite was a delight. The side salad was fresh and vibrant, and the asparagus? Simply fantastic, prepared with care that elevated the entire meal. Slo Roast has earned my highest praise and a top spot on my list.
