I've never tried Smithfield's until now and I'll never try another chicken place. The food was great, fresh, and filled up my family of 4 and still under what some other places would of charged.

Delivered still hot, delicious and adequate portions. Only criticism is the French Fries . I requested extra cook time so they’d be crispy. Instead, we got soggy, limp fries. Also requested both orders to package coleslaw separately so nothing else would get soggy. Only packaged sandwich slaw separately. Fortunately, mine didn’t spill into my other food.

Didn't receive any of the sauces on the side like requested. Someone at the store doesn't know how to count because I only received 3 hush puppies instead of 6 (½ dozen) like ordered and didn't receive my banana Banana Pudding at all. I'm a truck driver so when I order dinner I want it to be right because I don't have the option to return to the store.

I asked for my BBQ sandwich to be "broken down"; meaning, slaw, meat and bun separate so as not to get soggy. Good idea, but all the "parts" were cold. the bun was refrigerated cold. Disappointed, but fixable. Chicken was, as usual, very good! Asked for and paid for extra side of potato salad, but didn't get it. Will continue to order from Smithfields. Good stuff!
