Food is good. Fresh and exactly as ordered. But I think because they're new to doordash they're having some issues. There are things listed on their menu that the store doesn't actually have, so it glitches their system. If you get one of those items (for us it was the frito pie), no part of the order goes through and doordash just keeps sending more and more dashers to collect an order that doesn't exist. Until eventually it's canceled.
It messes up the dasher and the workers at sonic and causes issues. So I hope whoever handles the app on sonic's end updates the menu soon to reflect what's actually available. I feel bad wasting their time and the dashers time ordering things that aren't available.
Regardless, once we got everything else we ordered the food was tasty. They did an amazing job. Just sucks the menu isn't accurate and causes problems for everyone.

There was jalepeno in my burger. So kinda made it spicy and I do not like spicy food so was dissapointed plus I didnt get my Ketchup Packets at all.

Didnt receive what I wanted. Too many wrong toppings and sauces. The last two times I also ordered nerds in my drink and I ordered it again and I actually got nerds in my drink this time! So thats nice. I just wish this store would double check the recipes order. Things wouldn't get messed up. Order with caution you might not get what you want.
