First there was Chipotle for Mexican, then Cava for Mediterranean, and Sopo for Korean. In fact, Sopo is even better than the others - elevated fast casual that's as good for lunch as it is for dinner. Highly recommend the beef bulgogi or smoked chicken.

Pleasantly surprised with how delicious the Baked Tofu plate was and the Extra Napa Cabbage Kimchi was nice and acidic. The food prep and packaging was perfect. Highly recommend.

Food was too sweet, portions were quite small. We got the build your own and the Seoul Steak. Still filling but not worth the money.
