• DoorDash orderThe Gyro chicken salad was very good. Had an abundance of chicken breast. I ordered a pita on the side to complement the salad. The standard Lamb/Beef Gyro was also very good.

We love ordering from here and I would ordinarily give them 5-stars because the sandwiches were made exactly the way they were described (and they were very tasty, even with the issue that caused me to only give them 4-stars!) The problem was with their non-existent customer service.
I submitted our order and immediately noticed I made a mistake - I meant to ask for no tomatoes on the burrito. "No worries," I thought, "I'll just call them..."
Except no one answers the phone. The phone immediately rings busy like it's off the hook or has been disconnected. I tried for about 5 mins, knowing I had just a few minutes to try to catch them before they'd be done making our food and it would be on its way to us. I even went to their website to make sure I had the right number (it doesn't list a number at all and neither does their FB page.)
I totally recognize that this was absolutely my fault for not catching my mistake in the first place but it was a simple mistake that could have been solved quite easily if only someone answered the phone.
