I spent $17 on a coffee that doesn't taste like the extra coffee shots I paid for I paid for extra caramel drizzle lining the cup and there's barely any caramel and there is no caramel ribbon crunch crumbles on the drink at all

ordered Peppermint Mocha and it's listed as peppermint mocha but apparently I was supposed to tell the app how to make that but that wasn't marked as required. so instead I got a Peppermint Mocha with no peppermint, and no mocha. I got coffee with milk for the price of a peppermint Peppermint Mocha.
