Sometimes, my Flat White is not filled up all the way like today it was very foamy (which shouldn't be because a "Flat" White is flat because it has little to no foam) thus when the foam settled on my Flat White, it became significantly smaller (about 1/3 less.) Very, very annoying for an expensive drink.

This time the coffee was horrible. It tasted burnt and cerajn not as if three pumps of brown sugar syrup and vanilla syrup had been added. The bagel was so-so and not warm. Starbucks wasn't at its best this Labor Day morning....

Incapable of getting an order correct (3+ times). I wish I could specify never to order from this store again. There are two better locations (one actually closer). They're awful
