They were out of one of the brownies that I had ordered & compensated me for it. And the coffees were delicious! I appreciate the effort of accommodating for me!

So first let me say I'm team Starbucks. They nail it most of the time. This time, not so much. Not sure if the ingredients I wanted were out of stock and substitutions were made - or not made - but this tasted awful to the point I just threw it away. Sucks b/c this stuff is not cheap.

Drinks were half empty. Looks like drinks spilled on the way over to me. Bag was soaked wet from the bottom.
