I ordered my usual Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso and recieved it not mixed at all, just a pain considering shaken is in the name, and i dont want to spill it everywhere. After struggling to mix it i ended up spilling some on someones couch, this couldve been avoided, because it was absolutely delicious. The Bacon, Gouda & Egg Sandwichwas fire though.

Five stars for taste, food & drinks quality and portions are always great.. I'll give them that. I don't really like sausage, but the Sausage, Cheddar & Egg Sandwich is really quite good. Not great: how often the people packing your orders ruin them. They repeatedly throw things that need to be cold or room temperature in a bag with something piping HOT— so that by the time your Owl Cake Pop gets to you, it's missing an eye because half of it's would-have-been-cute purple head has melted off, the Dark Chocolate Covered Espresso Beans are a gooey clump, and the String Cheese is warm. The only reason I ordered from this location again is the Pumpkin Spice Latte is finally back and it had the shortest wait time. In the past, I have asked them in private reviews to be more careful when packing up customer orders, but it seems like no one is reading them or they just don't care. The least Starbucks could do - considering we still can't connect our Rewards accounts to delivery services - is train their staff to not ruin the customer experience (CX).

I love all things pumpkin spice except Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino® Blended Beverage. Im not sure if it was the whipped cream that I requested not be added (but was anyway), but it is ridiculously sweet. Definitely will not be getting this again. My mom enjoyed her Strawberry Crème Frappuccino® Blended Beverage. Everything else was usual Starbucks fare.

The Vanilla Cold Brew had zero taste. Normally is is so yummy and I can't wait for another. This time I had to doctor it up. Seems like someone forgot the Vanilla in the drink.
