Got my drink this morning and it was so thick, there is like an inch of matcha powder and what seems to be sugar just sitting at the bottom of the cup. It's chunky! Yuck. I get this drink all the time and ive never once had three scoops of matcha make my drink look like this. I had to-pay extra because I doordashed too. Waste of money.

The drink was not blended well and the ingredients taste old ..the cake was fine but should be warmed up

I ordered two Caramel Iced Caffè Latte and Starbucks did follow the instructions I gave them. This "Latte" is bitter and doesnt have a hint of flavor!
