The java chip frappuccino has a great mocha taste, java chocolate chips, topped with whipped cream.

The always forget my toppings and extras. I paid almost $14 for my drink. There is such a huge difference compared to when you go in the store vs DoorDash. The food is always made really poorly when its DoorDash specifically from Altoona Starbucks

The shaken espresso was so strong it tasted like it had alcohol in it. The straberry frappuccino had WAY too much syrup in it and the Vanilla sweet cream cold brew was so watered down. Whomever made the drinks did not do it correctly. Waste of money - we poured it all out.

This is getting ridiculous !!!! The last three times in a row I got Starbucks doordashed from the Altoona store, they leave all toppings off and they do not include the syrups asked for. If I order myself and go pick it up, the toppings are in there. I literally got a TON of extras. My drink costs me $15 but it's made like a plain Iced Chai Latte. It used to be a once in awhile thing. Now it's becoming the norm. It sucks but I cant order Starbucks DoorDash anymore without expecting a problem lately. It is not even the right color. The works are doing this on purpose because the dasher can't open the bag to check. It has to be the case since every time I order myself at the store, it is 100% correct. Just really getting irritating to pay all the money for something I did not want and tastes nothing like I usually order. Starbucks at Altoona, PA has NOT A CARE IN THE WORLD for their service or drinks lately. The money I have wasted is just sad.

My Strawberry Crème Frappuccino® Blended Beverage didn't have strawberry puree or syrup in it because I "didn't select those ingredients". The drink recipe automatically comes with them. If you don't want them then should be able to deselect them. I've never had to select them on previous orders and I shouldn't have to.
