I previously left a good review. However, in the review, I mentioned that a hot drink I ordered was accidentally made as an iced drink. The baristas/employees went the extra mile to make it right and even included an apology note!!!! They are absolutely amazing!!!!

It has taken me a while to even say any because there are off days with anything. That being said, this is probably the fifth or sixth time some annoying detail has been wrong. No straws, no whipped ceam, no caramel (which extra $ was paid), etc.

The food and drinks tasted great. However, I ordered a lavender oat milk latte that was supposed to be hot. They accidentally made it iced. I still give this store a five-star rating. They always do an amazing job, and the Baristas are super friendly and helpful when I go in person. I use this location very often, and this is the first time an order has ever been incorrect.

there was to much whip cream and not enough coffee there was hardly any coffee at all
