Whomever the barista is that that made my Caramel Macchiato this morning, did so with perfection!! Out of around 10 of the same order I placed, THIS order of coffee was absolutely perfect, from taste to appearance, with the foam being created in a way that the caramel crunch topping and foam itself lasted without blending into the coffee - all the way to the delicious end. Also, there was not one drop spilled over to the outside of the cup. It was clean and so appreciated! Lastly, I usually have to reheat my "extra hot" coffee order and stir it to disperse all the flavoring settled at the bottom. Not with this cup!!! PERFECTION!! I wish I knew the name of this barista who made my coffee experience before a long workday - exactly what a specialty coffee morning should be - delightfully pleasant and enjoyable. Thank you to this fabulous barista!!!!

I ordered the White Chocolate Mocha a grande and when I op the cup the cup was not even full. Sucks I paid almost 8 dollars for a cup of coffee thatw not even full. Come on strabucks be better !!!

This Starbucks is hit or miss, I am truly sorry to say. I love writing positive reviews. Not sure what happened, because I was always happy with this Starbucks in the past. Now, on too regular of a basis, I get coffee that tastes more like hot milk (yuck!), again the majority of times. Leaves bad aftertase. I am sincerely hoping that this Starbucks will not skimp on flavoring anymore. Please, add in the spices paid for, too. I even stirred the coffee in hopes the flavor drifted and settled at the bottom. Unfortunately, it still tasted like hot milk. Not worth paying this much for specialty coffee, only to get hot milk in a colorful container. By the way, today, I first ordered the Carmel Macchiato. Tasted like hot milk. I even doubled checked my order to see if I ordered it incorrectly. When I accessed it to look, suddenly the menu showed they ran out of the Carmel Macchiato. I thought, okay, it happens, and bummer. I then ordered the Gingerbread seasonal coffee. Tasted like hot milk!! Maybe ... ??No. Happens too many times in the majority of orders. Full circle. Starbucks on Moorpark Road in Thousand Oaks, fix the problem!!!!

For the last 3-times ordering the Pumpkin Spice Latte, I have not gotten it the way I order it. There was no foam at all and no pumpkin spice sprinkles. Too expensive to not get what I ordered.
