best coffee I ever had in a long time... it would be better if the sugar was mixed properly, other than that everything is fine

The frozen drink was made one hour prior to delivery.....nothing but liquid when it arrived. Ordered chocolate shavings. No chocolate shavings. Very disappointing for the $12 I paid!
