Love the taste of TO Katsu Sando which is not too strong. The bread is fluffy. The Katsu is crumble. A little too much sauce but exceptable :)
TO Matcha Pie is good which is a lot better than expectation. It's light fresh cream and matcha part which a bit sweet from my like but it goes well with crispy pie.
Food prep time can be improved.
Will return to order other menus

Ok so the TO Matchazuke salmon bowl is delicious. First time trying it. Tasty, tender salmon, succulent broth. Why did I take off 2 stars? The price is absolutely ridiculous. I don't mind spending for good food, but I really don't like feeling ripped off. Estimating 3 oz of salmon is likely being generous. This explains the meh review for this item on DD.
