Once again this place has gone above and beyond on delicious! Food arrived hot and tasty! I didn't know the Soul Mate Bowl came with a protein too so I chose shrimp and I surprised when I got 5 jumbo ones! This place doesn't skip on portions. My bf got the chicken and he's so excited he has leftovers (me too). Everything reheats nicely though I recommended the oven or air fryer to keep the crispiness. We have been repeat customers and plan on continue to support this local small business!

PEOPLE THESE PORTIONS ARE OUT OF CONTROL.
I'M STUFFED ENOUGH in Spaghetti (made with beef) HEAVEN😭... .
The ginormous portion of spaghetti was so good and chunky. Spaghetti Heaven found me. GREASY, Salty, MESSY, FILLING, and a EXCELLENT PRICE.
The Strawberry crunch cake was absolutely almost perfect! Could of been a little more moist but still 5⭐. Beautiful flavor and appearance. $$$$ Overpriced for 1 slice, still good.
Collard greens with smoked turkey , excellent portion, flavor, and price.

All I can say is this is the second time I've ordered from here..and the food is SOOOO DELICIOUS!! The portions are great for the price so much so I'm taking the rest for lunch tomorrow!! The Mac and cheese was so yummy and obviously homemade and the chicken and fish were cooked to PERFECTION!! I've tried the wings and the fish and DEFINITELY plan on trying the salmon based on the reviews!! This place is a MUST!!

Let me tell you something this right here is some of the best soul food I've had in Columbus and a very, very long time. The chicken was perfectly crisp and flavorful cooked perfect the fish was absolutely incredible Greens were perfect macaroni and cheese is on point and you know everybody says they have the best macaroni cheese. This is dang good.  I will be back. I hope they keep their quality and portions up because it was worth every penny.

ive been eyeing this restaurant for awhile and finally gave in. no regrets.
food was still piping hot when it got here and everything tested fresh. portions are indeed huge, and i felt the pricing was fair for what we got!
now for the nitty gritty :
the Chicken & Fish Platter was on point!both the chicken and catfish were crispy and well seasoned. (the mac was also pretty crispy.. but i like it like that... + i know they stay busy busy, so overall, i cant bring myself to subtract any points there. )
the Cajun Red beans and rice was a bit too salty for me but otherwise delicious. they were out of yams so i subbed with greens which were also cooked perfect with just the right amount of seasoning. i will def have to reorder to try everything else
