Substituded with brisket because was out of chicken. Was a great choice! Some of the best brisket ever had. Cooked to perfection. This is probably my new go to.

3 pieces of oxtail complete rip off. Had zero flavor to it. It was one massive piece of oxtail, then two super tiny little pieces . Mac and cheese wasn't good the rice was the only thing decent part. Perfect example of why you don't go by the good reviews this meal was a two out of five. Never have good food come from any of these food trucks. This food truck had good ratings, but my meal was below average. Will not return.

Pulled Pork Meal, beans, rice, Mac and cheese, and potato salad were all delicious. The ribs were on the dryer side.
