I've been ordering from Tapioca Express for years, but for the first time in years I wasn't so impressed by how they cut the whole egg in half. Yes, you only get half and very dry too! Also, the food (the Ground Pork Bowl is so bland! The food price is great the way it is, but please bring the flavor back and the quality of your food.
PS. Your calamari bread is a turn off. The breading falls off before you can even chew it, mushy, and it tastes like curry!🤮

Ordered Mango Yogurt Frost, Jasmine ine Milk Tea, Vietnamese Coffee, and Crispy Chicken.
Jasmine Milk Tea was pure sugar and too sweet. Wife could not drink due to sweetness. The Vietnamese Coffee did not taste like coffee at all. It tasted weird. The Crispy Chicken was bland and not seasoned.

Food order was not what we requested. We wanted medium spicy they gave us no spicy. Also most of the fried dishes are soggy and dry. The jasmine tea is too sweet. Normally 75% is enough but this time it's too sweet

Looks nothing like the picture. If there's no egg, why is there fr egg in the picture??? Also I only got like how many 6 crispy chickens even tho I said I want extra crispy. So much rice and I barely see any chickens or other stuffs. Not recommended.
