Let me start by saying the grande quesadilla is GRANDE! It was huge! The chicken and fajia veggies were seasoned to perfection, absolutely delicious! The queso and chips are a crowd pleaser. This will be my go to Mexican food for the remainder of my stay in Louisville. Delicious! If you're not eating here you are missing out!

This was my first time ordering from the Yellow Cactus. I got the Grande Fajita Burrito with chicken. It was delicious. It's a very nice sized portion with plenty of chicken, peppers, onions,
and beans on the inside. The queso sauce on top really brings the flavors together. It came with a side of chips and salsa, so there's plenty of food if you're hungry.

Food arrived a little cool but that's not the restaurant's fault - it's the weather's fault.
Combo was good, the Crispy was good but the Soft was kinda meh (was a flour tortilla, not corn, and it was a little bland - plenty of lettuce and cheese though).

Great value and even better food! Shredded chicken tacos were delicious. As were the chicken taquitos and cheese and Chorizo dip. Will definitely be ordering again! Thank you!

This was a teeeible order. The taco salad was fullof water at the bottom of it and not sure why.
The Quesadilla A La Mexicana was so soggy you couldn even cut it! f
